Roman cuisine, with its millenary history and its authentic flavors, represents an unmissable experience for every palate. From historic taverns to gourmet restaurants, the city offers a wide variety of places where you can savor typical dishes, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the surrounding Lazio territories.

We at Local Food Tips Rome are Roman citizens and we have tried many taverns, to the point of suggesting our personal selection. We are supporters of Slow Food and Slow Tourism.
